Data Request

Under applicable state privacy laws (including CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, UCPA, TDPSA, ICDPA, MTCDPA, and OCDPA), you may have the right to access, delete, export, or opt out of the sale of your personal data. Use this form to submit a request, or email us directly at support@keystir.com.

Your state of residence helps us determine which privacy laws apply to your request.

We will verify your identity and respond within 45 calendar days as required by applicable law. You may also exercise your rights by emailing support@keystir.com.

About Your Rights

Depending on your state, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Delete: Request that we delete your personal data, subject to certain legal exceptions.
  • Export (Portability): Receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
  • Opt Out: Opt out of the sale of personal data or targeted advertising (note: Keystir does not sell personal data).
  • Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
  • Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
